Digamos que eres el encargado de planificar una gala de entrega de premios y necesitas a alguien para presentarla. Pero quieres que lo haga bien, que el presentador sea un auténtico artista, que amenice la gala, que divierta al público y que encima cante.
Muy pocos nombres te vendrán a la cabeza, pero sin duda, el primero de ellos será Neil Patrick Harris. Porque se ha encargado de demostrarnos una y otra vez que vale para esto.
En este caso, la gala de la que hablamos es la de los premios Tony 2011 (65 edición), y será la segunda vez que Neil Patrick Harris presente estos premios, ya que lo hizo hace dos años y se llevó un Emmy por ello.
Los Tony Awards premian todos los años al teatro estadounidense, principalmente las obras de Broadway. Esta gala se celebrará el próximo 12 de junio en el Beacon Theatre, después de llevar 14 años celebrándolo en el Radio City Music Hall (los dos en NY).
Para que os hagáis una idea de la presentación que hizo en los Tonys de 2009 aquí tenéis un vídeo resumen de la gala con las escenas que protagonizó (Si no controláis el inglés os recomiendo que vayáis directamente al minuto 7:50)
Pero su historial presentando galas no se queda ni mucho menos ahí. Neil Patrick Harris ha presentado también los Emmy en 2009, los premios VGA en 2010 y realizó el número de apertura de los Oscars en 2010.
